Role Overview
Join our growing Sales Development Organisation and a team that is central to Voximplant continued growth! The Sales Director is accountable to deliver the high-quality pipeline required to meet RU/CIS sales 2x YoY growth targets by leading the team responsible for the demand generation and business development activities.
This position requires an innovative mindset and a strong desire to deliver a high-quality pipeline while continuing to build upon and lead a high performing sales development team. This position offers the unique opportunity to have a dramatic impact on the success of Voximplant and be a driving force of our new business growth efforts.

What you’ll do
  • Develop the Go to Market (GTM) plan aligned to Sales to optimise market coverage, maximise growth, drive key industry and territory penetration. Plan definition includes alignment of sales motions, territories, coverage ratios and corresponding compensation incentives.
  • Manage current Team of 25+ highly-motivated Sales managers (KAM, Partnership managers, Direct Sales managers, Customer Success, SDRs/BDRs)
  • Recruit, coach and lead a team of sales managers across RU/CIS
  • Implement new processes and tools to impact productivity and efficiency of the team
  • Implements and leads the management cadence of the organisation across the key activities, metrics and outcomes required to drive consistent and predictable performance.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue (MRR) targets and accurately forecasts quarterly pipeline metrics.
  • Share and address client prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement of our products and solutions

What you’ll bring
  • Minimum 3 years in sales leadership or sales development leadership roles
  • A deep knowledge of SaaS/PaaS sales processes
  • Ability to manage $50M ARR pipeline
  • Recent successful experience and proven ability to manage a team to develop a prospect pipeline via high volume sales activities 
  • Ability to influence and impact effectively in a scale-up company environment
  • Experience building a strong team culture focused on fun, productivity, create problem solving and team growth
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
